I've had a busy week and not had much time to post or blog. We had a big weekend and I've figured out I'm not as young as I would like to think. It was Mitch's (Phil's son) 21st Birthday and we had family visiting from Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. Rusty (My Son) was in for the weekend from the Navy. We had a blast, the young adults kept us up late hours and we spent a lot of time touring Nashville. I just can't hang with them anymore. I'm getting OLD!!
I'm back in a normal routine and hopefully will catch up with everyone over the next couple of days.
I wanted to update everyone on the Robin and her eggs. Well we no longer have eggs, but sweet little baby birds. Check them out. They look like cotton balls. hehe

We are trying not to disrupt the birds to much. It is so exciting to watch mama bird take care of her babies. I'll try to take a photo each day to see how they progress.
Have a happy day
Kris

Those babies are so precious!
What a wonderful weekend you must have enjoyed! And, to have your son home for a visit from the Navy must have been such a treat. I absolutely love having a full house.
Little birdies are cute, too.

Know what you mean - I don't do those late nights very well anymore. :) The little birds will grow up fast.

I love the little birdies. Oh my. How special!!
(My daughter is about to turn 26. I never think I'm "old" until I say her age. Because mentally, I'm about 30, so how could that be?! ha) -susan

What fun to watch the baby robins! Once I had a robin nest in a grapevine wreath on my porch. The nest looked like part of the decor. It was so cute. Came over to your blog and love it. I am following your blog now. Cute what you did for your kitchen. blessings, carrell
Oh my GOOOOOOOOOOOODNESS!!! They are so cute and sweet!!!
Thanks for stopping by. The soup would have been even better with cornbread - maybe next time. Hope you are dodging the bullet on the bad weather going thru your area. We missed it here, but my daughter that lives approx. 100 miles NE of here, called this morning and they had seen 2 different funnel clouds - one they heard was a tornado.
Happy Easter and hope you have a great weekend.
Glenda
