I'm not sure how many of you watch American Idol, but it's a PARTAYYYYY at my house every Tuesday night. I love music and this is a must see program for me. My favorite this year is Adam Lambert. I don't think I'm as crazy about him as Mishelle @ The Crowned Casa (SHE HAS IT BAD) but he has some AMAZINGLY MAD VOCAL SKILLS.

I could listen to him sing all day.
Now on to the Lazy Day part of my blog. Phil and I have been really busy entertaining guest, traveling to Missouri, full-time jobs, visiting family, Easter Holiday....etc. etc...etc....!! April has been crazy. I finally had a day off work and wanted to be so lazy, but........ I have piles of laundry to do. I was going to take a photo, but didn't want to embarrass myself. I did take this one....
Yep, those are Christmas socks and I had to wear them this past weekend due to all my socks being in the dirty clothes basket. Usually I complain that I have to go to the basement to do laundry, but I'm thankful the piles were hid down there and out of sight.
Think I hear the buzzer going off.......time to FOLD!!!

Okay, Adam has been my favorite forever! Someone likes him more than me? LOL!
I found a cloche when we cleaned out the butler's pantry...now if you have a butler's pantry, you know two things...too much stuff and stuff you forgot you had! What to do with it? I have my PB book out to help with styling the place.

But when Spring rolls around, it is more fun to do other things than laundry, etc. :-) I have been peeking in on blogs in between all the other stuff going on around here. Have a great week.

He is amazing and I think he is the most talented singer they have ever had on the show. I like a lot of the past winners but Adam is really unique!

Yeah, I'm beginning to think Adam is my fav. But, you know, this year they are all good. At this point last year David Cook was already my favorite, but this year it's still up in the air for me.

I adore Adam....this is a talented group...but he rises head and shoulders above the rest of them. If he doesn't win it will be a crime! I just love that you never know what he's going to come up with next!
