Summer Sandals & Etsy Shop Of The Week "Free Rein Art & Design"

Have you been searching for the perfect summer sandal? Well look no more. Check out what Angie has posted on her blog Free Rein Art and Design. She takes a regular pair of Dr. Scholl's sandals and jazzes them up with her original art.





Over the last few months I've been lucky enough to get to know Angie. We first met in an EBay group and the friendship has since moved to our blogs. Angie is a talented artist and willingly shares her knowledge of the art of floorcloth making, which has been very helpful for rookies such as myself. Her floorcloths have been featured in many local and national publications and in the books, Contemporary Western Design by Thea Marx and The Complete Book of Floorcloths by Kathy Cooper

She has been designing and painting floorcloth for more than 20 years. Angie also has an Etsy Shop where she sells her painted floorcloths, ceramic platters and ACEO's. Most of her designs have a southwest feel to them.
